Documents required for assessing rental eligibility

We want to ensure that our future tenants choose an apartment that will allow them to enjoy a comfortable living experience. That is why, before signing the lease, we ask for a few documents confirming your financial situation.

Once we receive the documents, we verify:
  • whether the prospective tenant is listed in the BIG and KRD debtor registries, and
  • whether their declared income is sufficient to cover rent and daily expenses.

We want to ensure that, after paying rent and other obligations, the household budget still allows all residents to live comfortably.

If you have questions about the required documents, our team will be happy to help you through the entire process.

A document confirming your source of income, such as an employment contract, a statement from your employer, or a bank statement showing your account activity.

Please let us know about any other monthly expenses you have, such as a loan or subscription fee.

Please consent to a credit check through the BIG and KRD databases (applies to all adults entering into the agreement).

Please send us the documents confirming your company’s revenue and your tax return.

Please provide a certificate confirming that you have no outstanding payments to the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) and the Tax Office.
