On June 11, we are introducing a new brand for our rental apartments – naj m. Under this name, the residential communities of the Rental Housing Sector Fund, as well as new developments of the Housing for Development Sector Fund, will operate.

We would like you, as our tenants, to be the first to hear about this change.

While the brand name and visual identity are changing, what matters most from the residents’ perspective remains the same. We continue to focus on stable rental terms, professional service, and predictability that provides a sense of security in everyday life.

When creating the naj m brand, we wanted to better reflect the values that have been important to us from the very beginning: security, a partnership-based approach, and openness to the diverse needs of residents. In practice, this primarily means:
– clear and transparent rental terms,
– simple communication,
– efficient resident support,
– an offer tailored to different lifestyles and needs.

The new brand does not affect existing agreements or rental terms. All key information can be found in the attached Q&A document.

After more than 12 years on the market, we want to better reflect what professional rental housing means today and which values are most important to us. The new brand allows us to communicate with residents in a more consistent and transparent way.

All current residential communities of the Rental Housing Sector Fund, as well as new developments of the Housing for Development Sector Fund, will operate under the naj m brand. Currently, these include communities located in: Elbląg (Legionów Street), Gdańsk (Kilińskiego Street and Kołodzieja Street), Katowice (Korczaka Street and Pułaskiego Street), Kraków (Drukarska Street and Polonijna Street), Lublin (Lubelskich Olimpijczyków Street), Łódź (Składowa Street and Wspólna Street), Piaseczno (Grochowskiego Street), Poznań (Bóżnicza Street, Czarnieckiego Street, Saperska Street and Śniadeckich Street), Skawina (Skawińska Street), Warsaw (Przy Agorze Street, Powązkowska Street, Samochodowa Street and Terespolska Street), and Wrocław (Dąbrowskiego Street, Kolejowa Street and Zakładowa Street).

The most important things remain unchanged: the apartments, agreements, service, and rental terms. The rebranding is primarily intended to streamline communication and respond even better to residents’ needs.

No. The change applies only to the consumer brand. The ownership structure remains unchanged.

No. The brand change itself does not affect the rent or any other fees related to the tenancy.

No. The change applies only to the brand and communication. All existing tenancy agreements remain valid under the current terms.

No. There is no need to sign any new documents or annexes in connection with the introduction of the new brand.

No. The bank account number for payments remains unchanged. If any technical changes occur in the future, we will inform you well in advance.

No. The current building management and resident service arrangements remain unchanged.

No. Maintenance issues can still be reported in the same way as before – through the Pocket Lokator application.

Yes. The Tenant Portal continues to operate without any changes.

naj m is a rental housing brand designed to meet the modern needs of residents – regardless of whether someone is looking for a place to stay temporarily or for the long term.

We are not changing the standard of the apartments or the service principles. However, we want to continue improving the quality of communication and the overall tenant experience.

Yes. We want to place even greater emphasis on clear communication, partnership-based relationships, and solutions tailored to the diverse needs of residents.

For us, it primarily means open communication, respect for residents, and building long-term relationships based on clear principles.

We understand security broadly – as stable rental terms, predictability, professional service, and transparent communication.

Our apartments are intended for people with different needs and lifestyles – singles, families, professionals with mobile careers, and international residents. We want to create an offer that is open and accessible to various groups of tenants.

Yes. The rules regarding occupancy remain consistent with the terms specified in the tenancy agreement and the regulations applicable to a given property.
